Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–14 business days, depending on order volume and product availability.
  
• Sundays and public holidays are non-processing days.
  
• Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately after label creation.

Shipping Responsibility & Delivery

• Once a package is handed over to the carrier and marked as delivered, Arctic Scent is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
  
• We strongly recommend shipping insurance, which can be purchased at checkout for added protection.
  

Signature Requirement

• Orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery.
  
• If you choose to waive the signature requirement, you accept full responsibility for the package once it is marked as delivered by the carrier.
  
• Arctic Scent will not be liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages if the signature is waived or package is marked as delivered.

Damaged Packages

• If a signature-required package arrives visibly damaged, do not accept delivery.
  
• Please refuse the package and return it to the driver.
  
• Accepting a damaged package (including signing for it) releases Arctic Scent from liability for damage claims.
