Refund policy

1. Eligibility Period

1.1. Return requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of delivery.
1.2. Requests submitted after the expiration of this fifteen (15) day period shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Merchandise

2.1. The following categories of merchandise are designated as final sale and are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund:
(a) Testers
(b) Samples ( Decants )
(c) Items expressly designated as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. Conditions Precedent to Return
3.1. To be eligible for return, merchandise must satisfy all of the following conditions:
(a) The item must be unopened and unused;
(c) All original manufacturer seals and stickers must remain affixed and undisturbed.

4. Restocking Fee and Refund Terms
4.1. All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the item's purchase price.
4.2. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4.3. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser and may, at the Company's discretion, be charged directly or deducted from the refund amount.
4.4. Refunds shall be issued solely upon receipt and inspection of the returned item by the Company.

5. General Provisions
5.1. Returns initiated without prior authorization from the Company shall not be accepted.
5.2. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any return that fails to conform to the terms of this policy.
