Refund policy

Return Eligibility

• We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
  
• Any return request made after 15 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Candles
  
• Testers
  
• Samples
  
• Final sale items

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unopened and unused
  
• Cellophane wrapping (if applicable) must be intact
  
• All original seals and stickers must be present
  

If the cellophane wrap is removed, a seal is broken, or a sticker is missing, the item will be considered used and no refund will be issued.

Restocking Fee & Refunds

• All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  
• Return shipping costs will be charged or deducted from the refund
  
• Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
